"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"First time staying here and this will be my go to for Sac Airport travel hotel. I can’t say enough about the room itself. The bed is incredible, the amentities are wonderful and I especially appreciate the auto light in the bathroom except for when taking a shower, the light will go off due to no movement. A note card should be left indicating this so that you aren’t freaked out when taking a shower. Staff I encounter were wonderful. I wasn’t able to partake in breakfast as I had to leave at 3am...

"The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool.
