The staff in the paradise pool bar were the best! Nothing was ever a problem for them and you genuinely felt very welcome even when they were busy! Also the staff in the Romys bar upstairs and the entertainment staff were just fab. We only had one meal in Zacharys but the food was lovely! The hotel is located bit of a walk up...

"I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. Some of the furniture is chipped, the inside of the fridge was cracked, and overall you can see that the place needs renovation. Still, the cleanliness made up for a lot.
