"Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return. "

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. The view from the breakfast balcony is just spectacular. Having breakfast overlooking the pyramids is such a privilege. The rooms are clean and breakfast is substantial. Would stay here again especially when the sound and light show is completed as the hotel will have a perfect view.
