"A dated, tired, hotel staffed by the lowest quality untrained folks I have even encountered. Quite a clip, near three hour drive, from Athens, insufficient parking, The clueless staff the reception area. I booked with Expedia, my final check out rate was something higher than quoted and booked. A big hassle at check in over how many folks were in each room. "Staff was great, very helpful and gave us lot of tips. Breakfast was nice and service outstanding. Room was good, beds good, but average quality on the bed and the bed linens. Not an outstanding room, but worked ok for a short stay. Lots of steps to get down from parking to the hotel and from the hotel to town. There are many hotels in Nafplio where you can avoid the steps. "
