Rooms very dated, water heater and room heating are clunky in terms of use. Onsen ok. If you going by public transport- get bus and get off at Ten-yu just a few mins walk. No obvious signs for hotel until you just outside reception "

"元祖「オーベルジュ」の名の通り、とにかくお食事が美味しかったです。美味しいばかりではなくお料理の見た目も美しかったです。 夕食は２０：１５から23時くらいまでゆっくり堪能しました。ささっと食事というより、ゆっくり楽しみたいと思っていたのでとても良かったです。 お部屋にはTVはないですが、芦ノ湖が窓から見えて鳥の声が聞こえて豊かな自然を満喫できました。 温泉施設が宿泊棟と別なので、外を歩いていくのが少々不便とおもいました。夜、暗めの段差があるところを歩くのは危ないし雨天時は億劫になると思いました。 それからトイレにウオッシュレットがあれば、もっとよいと思ます。 スタッフの皆さんは、みなお若いのに礼儀正しく素敵な笑顔で接して頂けたので、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。 お食事のサーブの時の説明にスタッフ差があり、とてもわかりやすく説明してくださる方と小さな声の早口で専門用語で説明する方もいらっしゃったのがちょっと残念でした。 また利用させていただきたいと思います。"
