"Our stay was very short. We got in from a late flight arrival and woke up the night manager to let us in the hotel at 1:00 AM (sorry!). Left the following morning at check-out and they were gracious enough hold our baggage until the evening when we departed Auckland. We didn't get to use any amenities; we were only there to sleep. I will say their location is prime--right smack in the premiere shopping area of the CBD. We were only a few minutes walk from the ferry port. Highly recommend! "

"very handy to the Aotea centre and Town hall for events, Elliot stables for dining options, secure underground parking available on site (pays to book though) Staff are very helpful and there is a small mini mart across the road for drinks and snacks etc."

"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "

"This is budget accommodation, it is a comfortable stay and does the job. Car parking is tricky, you wouldn't want a big car! My kids were a little freaked that there is a cemetry next door, luckly our room did not look over it. Only real negative was when one of the two lifts were out.. when hotel was full, but this was fixed."

"Beautiful clean and spacious room. Were in accessible unit. Shower handle didnt stay up and water went for miles! Bathroom setup wasnt very good! Everything else was perfect! After a long flight, i love a long hot shower! But water didnt even get hot! Have stayed here many times and will be back! Great friendly staff and easy parking."
