"Hotel molto bello però il personale non è stato molto accogliente. Abbiamo chiesto di fare il check-in prima delle 15:00 e ci è stato rifiutato mentre alle altre persone é stato concesso. Tra l’altro avevo scritto alla struttura varie volte ma senza ricevere alcuna risposta.Nella nostra camera non c’erano le pantofole e gli altri ospiti della struttura ce le avevano tutti. Posizione molto comoda."

"Nice hotel. Catered more towards singles rather than families. Hotel food sub par. Kind of far from restaurants. Need to Uber eat most of the time. Otherwise staff friendly. Nice gym. Pool not heated. Would rate 7/10."

"Overall positive experience. However, room was a bit cramped (we did have a cot which took up space but even despite it, not the most spacious). Would have been helpful to have some ledges/shelves for opening suitcases. Location was great, close to walk to many cool things to see and make it back to the hotel for our baby to nap. They provided us with a baby bath at no extra cost which was pleasant surprise! Staff were very friendly and welcoming every time you walked in. Lobby was nice...

"I really like my time here! The staff were so friendly, lowkey gonna miss them all. I stayed for 4 nights and it was good, clean room, helpful staff and the location was so good, close to the centre and a station literally not even a minute walk away. I would 1000% go back! Thank you so much ❤️"
