"The AC didn’t seem to be working but the room cooled off at night so wasn’t a big deal. The room was small and there was no hot water for the shower one morning. The location was good though; right in the centre of the Gothic district, but the hotel was very quiet"

"Es todo excelente, excepto el momento de check-in, nos atendió una chica llamada Kmar i fué horrible, super mal educada, nos hizo esperar mas de 20 minutos para darnos el tiquet del aparcamiento, nos habló con aires de superioridad y con una muy mala educación, horrible, de verdad, menos mal que todo el resto del personal fueron super amables. Volveremos sin duda, el hotel está super bien ubicado, las camas son muy cómodas y el personal super amable, servicial y atento, EXCEPTO LA SEÑORA KMAR"

"Spent two nights prior to a cruise. Staff was helpful and the food at the rooftop restaurant was superb. The breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked. "

"-don't like they charged drink from fridge which I never took after check out . They sent an email to show the charge on my credit card the day later. - need to ask for refill on Tea bags and coffee everyday. - did not get the bottle of water that had been ask twice on phone service and one time at the desk. Finally I got the water after I went down to front desk again to ask again. That is not a Five stars hotel we experienced."

"Colazione abbondante, camera pulita, personale cortese e disponibile. Hotel ben collegato con la zona centrale, trovandosi a 30 minuti a piedi dalla fermata passeig de gracia. Le principali attrazioni ( rambla, sagrada familia, park guell, casa battlo, barrio gotico) sono tutte raggiungibili a piedi. Una gran bella scoperta Barcellona e l'hotel ronda lesseps. Consigliatissimo."
