"Upon arrival, we were greeted with the news of a room upgrade from umi to sake suite which was great news. After having difficulty with the TV in our original room we were kindly moved to another without fuss. The staff were great and very accommodating whenever we had questions. The breakfast was great and so was the spa overall a great stay would definitely recommend"

Specifically Meri’s customer service, and great attitude made our trip that much better. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Barcelona!! Also it is close to public transportation and shopping. "

"The room was very clean and the view was amazing. There was a good size minifridge for food. The bed was really comfortable and the gym was amazing. The rooftop bar had an amazing view and was never over crowded. It was a great stay!"
