"Complementary breakfast only if added to your stay and it only is for 2 people. Elevator is a bit slow but it gets you to your room. Older TV does not connect to your phone but to kill time it's usable I enjoyed 3 movies basic cable I believe. Food is decent had breakfast and dinner there on my 1st day. Staff is polite and very helpful. Plenty of soap shampoo and conditioner provided not those tiny soaps you usually get vert grateful. Air conditioner is not so cold at night im use to a cold...

"The parking lot was full, so we parked at the Mariette, the hotel across the street."

"Front desk staff and Director of Operations were super nice and accommodating. We had a power outage and emergency generator was not working (my best guess it was out of fuel.) trust me :) but we made the best of it and sat down in the lounge and relaxed. Some of the evening kitchen staff can be a bit kinder, it goes a long way. All in All I enjoyed my stay."

"Location is best. Close to Dream American mall and Korean town. However, the pool and gym is too small. The staff is very helpful."

"Our air conditioning did not work at night. It got very hot in the room in the middle of the night. Also, the people staying a room next to us arrived to the room around 1:30am, and they decided to have very loud sex, shower and blow dry hair around 2:00. We had an awful night."

"There in a 250 dollar deposit on the room. Most places I've stayed have been only 100 dollars. I was disappointed in the amount of this hold. Because I couldn't use the money for my upcoming trip. And I wasn't told about in advance."

"Hotel is in a good location with free parking. We had to switch rooms a few times due to ants and other bugs. Last room we received was better but also found a “tenebrio molitor” (beetle). First floor rug closer to the end of the hall by room 139 has a terrible pee odor, quite strong. The staff we met was overall nice though and seems like part of the hotel has new rugs so hopefully it’s getting the Maintance needed in its entirety."

"Property is in a great area! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Front desk staff on check out, charged almost $900 on my credit card for a pre-paid room that they were already holding a $100 deposit for. When questioned the staff member was so unconcerned and said she did not understand the new system that was just implemented. We were told she would talk to the manager later in the evening to fix it. She had marriott bags of bottled water behind the counter on display, typically for marriott...

"It was ok for the night - the room was clean and some ok breakfast options "

"It is good if they provide the complimentary water bottles at night and attach the handy shower in bathroom and lights are Dim at night ."

"The staff was amazing !!! The manager of the restaurant was so kind and accommodating we got into our hotel late and although the restaurant was closed, he provided food for our family. It meant so much to us. We will definitely be staying here. We travel to Jersey at least once a year this year we went twice."
