"I don't enjoy complaining but feel it's important to let others know about our experience. They didn't seem to know about our booking through hotels.com. The listing had free Wi-Fi, fridge mini-bar, room service, airport shuttle. The empty fridge was switched off, there were two cups but no coffee nor facilities. Hotand cold water was available from the dispenser in the corridor. WiFi was not available because they needed to to up. We arrived late, maybe 11.30pm-12.00am and hadn't eaten. We were...

my two simcards hardly get signal networks from the outside. i have to go out of the room for network signal and buy my own internet data. "
