"I have stayed with them five or six times. All experiences have been very good to excellent. Truly exceptional value. All my rooms' kitchens have had a dishwasher. Some a garbage disposal. Next door is a Mexican supermarket with restaurant (Mi Tierra) with fresh meat and fresh produce. Other fast food within walking distance. Good access to I-75 and I-275. Rooms do show a little age. If a random spot on the carpet or upholstery bothers you, this may not be the place for you. Did I say...

"Best night of sleep I have had in a long time. Yes our window overlooked a parking garage, but it made the room super dark and it was surprisingly quiet. The fridge was not plugged in upon arrival and there wsa a spill on the floor but overall great experience"

"Upon check in not greeted or anything only thing the guy said that checked me in was elevator is to the right. Shower was broken didn't drain. Carpet felt wet."

"I was very pleased with my stay, I only had one issue with the tub being backed up and the water was draining very slowly. I went to the front desk the following morning of my check in and they handled the matter rather quickly. Our bed was very comfortable. The drive to kings Island was a little under 20 mins but well worth the drive, the area seemed to be very safe. Will be back in the near future."

"Bed uncomfortable, pillow were feather and flat, smelled soured as though they were not thoroughly dried. A/C was not properly self regulated...got extremely hot or cold in room. Had to keep manually cutting on and off A/C"

"The room was not clean . The floor had not been cleaned, there was trash under the desk (used dental floss pick and q-tip). The soap dispenser was empty in the shower and they just dropped on on the floor outside the door. I had to install it, then they never did pick up the empty bottle laying on the counter for the 4 day stay. The comforter was unraveling. The window sill looked like someone had used it to set their soda cups because the sill had several cup rings. Someones sun glasses...
