"Great hotel. Everything (almost) was great! Breakfast, location, facilities, staff. The only criticism is that the bath towels were a bit old and needed replacing. Proximity to the Galleria Mall was brilliant."

"The place is very peaceful and relaxing. Great to spend time with family."

"We stayed in the camping dome, everything is well prepared and the amenities are all very nice. Super friendly staffs. For the price i paid, it was well worth it. Excellent."

"Great hotel with an amazing view of the lake inside the volcano, which I was told was still active...Great buffet, with a strolling band, and who the mostly Filipino clientele were actively singing along with, surrounding town is quaint and when you get down to the town, bustling, exciting, amazingly friendly and helpful people, visited a few special spots, loved it, would seriously consider moving there, incredibly affordable and excellent food, and, of course, 2 7-11s, a staple in asia....

"Awesome stay… the staff were very accommodating and the place was clean…"

"Ver clean, very accessible to malls. Great service"

"Michael and Bon they both amazing"

"New hotel in a good location. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast option is ok."

"The staff from the front desk to the bellboys especially Cedric and those at breakfast and at the bake shop/cafe were polite, all ears, and efficient. All my needs were addressed. Housekeeping kept my room clean and stocked. AC provided comfort. Breakfast was worth waking up to."

"Great place. Clean and nice."

"I love this place!"

"We book 10 rooms and of the 10 rooms four of them the AC did not work so they had to move us around. The service is quite helpful. The most fun part of it was the sports complex with the Pickleball courts and the tennis courts and the jet skis by the beach that part was definitely fun but the place is rundown for sure the rooms need upgrading and better maintenance."

"not a good experience"

"The location and surroundings were the only positive aspects. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The property did not live up to expectations, and the service was poor. The place felt poorly maintained, and the overall experience was not worth the money. Staff were not very accommodating, and our concerns were not handled properly. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat. I expected much more and left feeling that my money was wasted. Unfortunately, I would not...

"I enjoyed my stay here greatly. I confidently say that there was nothing lacking with my time here, and it has one of the best views of Taal lake. The room, staff, food, and all amenities was exceptional. I’m so happy with choosing this location for my honeymoon."
