To enter the building from the garage, or the main entrance, you need to have a 4 digit code that should be included in the booking confirmation - this code did not come with the confirmation from expedia. The telephone at the keypad from the garage had its cord ripped out of the wall, so it was not usuable to gain entry. Once inside, you had to check-in at a terminal that required the booking code. "Really loved our time at the hotel. It's literally just next to the spa so you can walk over in your bathrobe! Spa is amazing and very relaxing, not too busy and with lots of different pools and saunas. It's open until 10pm so even after a busy day away you can still jump into the pool when you get back!
