The staff were fantastic—very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s conveniently located just 5 minutes from the beach and about 1.5 hours from San José airport. "My family stayed at Alma Del Pacífico for four nights during the “rainy season” after driving from our stay in La Fortuna. We didn’t mind the late day rain at all. We were able to get all the daily activities in before it started. The beach is as everyone has described, flat and walkable. We were able to swim with the waves, even our seven year old. Perfect for surfing, and our oldest took the opportunity with Brett’s Boards. There are more sand dollars than we have ever seen! Breakfast options...
