"Though it was a nice hotel in terms of the look it wasn’t as well Kept in the actual rooms as I would’ve liked they don’t clean the rooms when you leave and I shouldn’t have to deal with the conditioner and body wash in the bathroom being empty all those things should be taken care of .. it took forever to get anyone on the phone and they we’re not prompt in sending people with towels and things you ask for"

"Beautiful view from my balcony room. Very clean. Helpful staff. 3 Fisherman's Restaurant on the property was convenient. Upon arrival refrigerator was not working properly, but staff replaced immediately. Door key lock out 2 X's during the stay as battery on key code was weak. Staff replaced immediately. Front lobby is very pretty, staff was helpful and available in person 24/7. Free breakfast daily with room which was excellent."

"I was disappointed in the choices at breakfast. I had an issue with the smoke detector in my room-I will say that the staff were very helpful and courteous and attempted to resolve the problem. This necessitated me having to switch rooms at 8pm the night before my check out. The manager was very accommodating. I am awaiting a small refund due to the inconvenience of being awakened at almost 1am due to the alarm, then waiting in the room for maintenance to come twice to try and resolve it....
