"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The TV was stuck in Spanish, the ice machine was not working, and the AC did not properly work until around 4:00 a.m. I called the front desk three times and received no answer. When I finally walked to the front desk for assistance, the representative was on his phone and showed little concern about helping me. We were exhausted and had already paid for the room, so by the time the AC finally started working, it was too late to find...

"I think the garage was moldy, I think valet was pushy and I was never allowed a suitcase caddy. The elevators were embarrassingly confusing. The restaurant in the lobby had the most terrible steak I ever paid for, the mash was good. It was convenient with a pet having a park right across the street but the pet fees online weren’t the same in person. Management took care me. I like the heated indoor pool."
