He and his team were very attentive to our needs and made us feel as though we had the pool all to ourselves. Also, all of the drivers provided exceptional service as did the breakfast staff. The concierge’s were always on top of everything providing a worry-free experience, we thank them all....

"The staff was very friendly, seating by the pool and beach area was always available BUT the food... it wasn't good, the only decent food we got was down at the beach and it's open after breakfast and closes at 6pm. The Italian restaurant was closed on a Sunday and only two of three restaurants were available and the buffet food it just there to survive."
