"Love our stay here. Stay for 5 days 4 nights with a toddler and it was a great experience. All the staff are amazing! So sweet. Only bas experience we had was when we got lock out of our room because the door guard somehow was put up, seem a little suspicious. Overall everything else was great. "I love all when staying in the hotel room. Only staff services, there is still room for improvement. I expected amenities for sleeping in the sofa bed had been enough provided in the room before we came because we booked for 4 people when there was only one bed. Deposit money should be reduced, 1-2 days instead 5-10 days "

"The property is great... Its a boutique-like hotel for the young. The shower lacked a grab bar, I'm 64, showering with nothing to hold on was a little nerving. The halls have a very strange smell and are EXTREMELY bright and hot, feels like a hospital operating room. The staff was AMAZING and very pleasant. The rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds/pillows. Kind of off the main strip, so its very low key."

"Hotel was in a great location near shipping on Michigan Avenue and within a short walk of Maggie Daly Park. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and find it to be an excellent place to get away for the weekend."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a small but nicely decorated lobby with adequate seating. We loved our junior suite, which had two bathrooms (one with a shower). It would have been nice to have a microwave, but it did have a mini fridge and sink in the living room. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning our room and providing fresh towels. We didn't use valet services, but the bell staff were very helpful with luggage storage and helping us with taxi and...
