"This was the worst place we have stayed in 7 weeks of travelling. Tiny room. Double bed against the wall. Bedhead freestanding & moves every time you roll over. Tiny bathroom. No room for cases. In house restaurant closed the 3 nights we stayed. Had to travel 10 kms to find an evening meal. Advertises that it’s 25kms from Bilbao, when it was more like 35km. Extremely noisy from any activity in the passage. Cleaning staff rolling their trolley up & down the passage from a very early hour. Best...

"The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao."

"Decent 4 bed room. Sink in room, shower and toilet attached to room on either side. This makes reducing noise and light disturbance for other roomies difficult. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock."

"Otel Guggenheim müzesine çok yakın ve hemen nehrin kenarında. Temiz ve ferah bir odada kaldık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Şehrin merkezinde olduğu için toplu taşımaya ulaşım çok rahat. Eski şehir merkezi de yine yürüyerek ulaşabileceğimiz mesafede. "

"Perfect location for a day trip to the Guggenheim Bilbao. I loved the Honest Bar concept and comfortable lounge. The room is small but quite nice and the window opened for fresh air!"

"L’appartement est magnifique, propre, très bien situé près de la gare de bus. On peut aussi marcher dans la ville facilement pour prendre le métro. La première nuit était parfait. Cependant la seconde nuit a été compliquée, beaucoup de bruit venant du dessus et une odeur de cigarette dans ma chambre. (chambre 110)."
