"The property is close to the main plaza which can easily be reached with a 5 min walk. Rooms are simple but clean and nice-European style. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire visit. Beds were nice but very firm-if you like soft beds you may want a different style hotel. But I found them to be comfortable. WiFi is accessible throughout the property and reliable. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff really care and treat you like family. Our flight arrived in the morning and they let us check in early. They let us keep our luggage at the hotel while we trekked to Machu Picchu and made sure we had breakfast to go before we left. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
