"The hotel was undergoing some renovations and extensions but that was all ok as we knew that prior. The room itself was great as were all of the other staff with the exception of the staff member that checked us in. She was rude and very unhelpful, if I had not have pre paid o would have gone elsewhere. They provided some coffee and snacks as an alternate to breakfast due to the restaurant not being open. This was a nice touch. There is a good pub across the road that had good value meals and is...

"Staff were very attentive and helpful. We arrived early and were given the option to have our belongings stored while were explored the city until we were able to check in. Bedroom decor and bathroom were beautiful. It was great being right next to the central station which provided easy access to transportation. Although it was within the city centre, we were able sleep peacefully at night. "

"Check in was quick amd easy. We were able to check in a bit earlier and receptionist was very professional and friendly. It was my daughters birthday and we were then given free upgrade to include breakfast. The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us . We will visit again."
