I think it is very unprofessional that when you issue out the rooms you don’t do a daily routine and check everything out before renting the room out. We were very uncomfortable and we spent out money like everyone else but we didn’t have a working air conditioning like everyone else did."

"Stains on pillow cases. Rooms smelt musty. Bug and spiders ( large web behind bed). Flying bug under pillow. No pool. Bird poop on railings. Structures in need of repairs. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating."
