Had a one night stopover, room was spacious and very clean with a super comfy bed. Breakfast next morning was excellent, plenty of choice.

Great stay with a great host. Thanks for having us.

We had a brilliant stay at the Hand and Spear. The decor was really quirky but fun and we loved it. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient - and the Sunday roast was probably the best I've ever had !!

Charming and well equipped rooms, great location and free onsite parking.

8 of us descended on the Woodlands Park Hotel to celebrate my fiance's 50th birthday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and we would all definitely stay there again.

Had an impromptu stay and will definitely be back. Extremely nice room, recently refurbished to a very high standard. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The first thing that impressed us was the welcome. Throughout our four night stay the staff were first class - helpful and quick to assist. The general state of the house was good, with ample sitting and dining room space...

It was a good buffet breakfast

Particularly helpful and efficient staff on reception and in the restaurant. It was very busy in the restaurant but staff were working hard to keep things moving.

Handy hotel to stay at if you are visiting places like Thorpe Park, Chessington and Lego. Excellent customer service, great rooms with no end of amazing places to eat on the doorstep.

Easy to get out and about, wonderful hosts great value for money

Very Nice Place to Stay, handy for shops and other amenities

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern and clean and gives good access to many centres.

This was a perfect find. Communication great, the host is a pleasure to deal with. Great space and super-quiet. A lovely place to relax. Highly recommended

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. Despite the good service at other 5 star hotels, I could always find a small detail missing. I am not picky, but when it comes to top service I know what to expect, and notice when something, as small...
