"I made a mistake while booking and I couldn’t make it on the date of checking in. It happened to me while I booked for Cancun trip as my flight was over night so I booked extra day to make sure I can check in whenever I needed. However this hotel sold my room to other people because I didn’t come on the first day. I even used Expedia try to contact them but on the day I arrived, they said they have no room, my daughter is 1 year old and crying because she is hungry and need to change diapers....

"Upon arrival on the Thursday, we were informed that the pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc were closed for renovation. We were not informed of this at any point during booking/prior to arrival. However we were assured we’d be able to use a local rival hotel’s facilities on Saturday and Sunday. We were unable to use them at all on Thursday or Friday. On the Saturday morning, we were informed that as we were not a “priority customer”, we were only able to use the facilities at Park Hotel until 3PM....

"We loved everything about our stay, start from check in till check out. Postbus 101 from interlaken west station straight drops & picks you to & from the door step of the hotel. Staff Melisa was great who checked us in and did the best she could to make our stay comfortable. Thank you! Cruz, helped me to get into the GYM early and made sure I get my gym access early mornings before the gym opening hours. Thank you! BF area is wide with lovely view, reasonable BF choices. "could not recommend a better spot to stay. be aware- it’s at the top of the hill so if you plan to bus and walk your luggage to the hotel it’s a lot! but SO WORTH IT. we had a balcony room with the most amazing views ever and all the farm animals. I felt like I was dreaming. 10/10 so happy to be stayed here and would literally spend a lifetime here if I could"
