"Check in was easy. Aaron at reception went above and beyond in helping us easily to use the bus to get to the walled city. Parking was free and easy. The hotel is beautiful and our bed was very comfortable "

"Solo nos quedamos en el hotel de paso viajando de Merida a Sevilla y no me gusto el que no pude ni usar la alberca enla mañana, la abren hasta las 9:30 y solo si tienes reservacion, lo cual no nos lo informaron al hacer el checkin."
