"It’s a two floor hotel with no elevator. So I did not like that. They did not want us to carry our bags or herself to the room and instead we had to get a person to carry them up the stairs for us who we then had to tip. Otherwise, the place was beautiful. "Beautiful hotel and grounds with an outside dining facility. Staff extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Fay on reception. Good food. Downside no lifts and no fridge or facility to phone reception from bedrooms, otherwise a perfect stay for our requirements and would book again."
