"During UIUC move-in week or graduation, you're not going to have many choices. Most hotels are fully booked and prices skyrocket. This one was available, and at a good price. So don't expect the world and complain. Yes the areas around the property was not landscaped, room was outdated, mattress needed replacing, towels had stains, sheets had holes, one small bar of soap given, room service unreachable, one front desk staff attending to irate customers who booked through hotel's website being told their reservation cannot be found (so book through Expedia if you're going to stay here.) But at least the room was very clean, AC and fridge cold, shower was hot and had decent pressure, it was quiet, had ample parking, and close to UIUC and I-74. It's a good value if you just need to stay for a night and want a cheap, clean room."
