Our room was spotless, and the space was designed and utilized very well, making it feel both comfortable and functional. What really set this hotel apart from others was the complimentary snack corner on the lower level. It offered free snacks and drinks including popsicles, nuts, coffee, soft drinks, and a variety of Japanese snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day exploring Kyoto. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Kyoto!"

"Room was very clean - king bed was extra wide. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was okay, laundry was just ok, one laundry machine on our floor. Shared iron/iron board on some floors which wasn’t ideal. No delivery service for extra towels had to go down and get some myself. Also not ideal. Overall nice hotel "
