"I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. And even though tiles need to be replaced atleast clean floors would be nice! Also under beds and tables too. Some staff were nice and some moody.
