Quality Inn West Springfield

"In Room 410 the sliding glass door is out of square therefore there is a gap 1-2 inches from top of door to the floor. Highway noise, bugs, heat and humidity is continuously enter the room. When I went out for the day the AC pauses so when I came back my clothes felt damp from humidity buildup. WiFi was not good in my room. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff was great."

"We had a wonderful stay at MGM Springfield and would definitely come back. The hotel has so much character and doesn't feel like a typical casino hotel. We loved the warm atmosphere, beautiful brick throughout the property, and the gorgeous courtyard with the historic State Armory. Everything was spotless, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and there were plenty of great food options on-site. Between the casino, restaurants, sports bar, movie theater, and overall atmosphere, there was always something to do. We had a great experience from start to finish!"

"This is an excellent, all around lovely hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff is super helpful and friendly. There is a great breakfast with a range of items -- I am vegetarian and there were many choices -- including chickpea salad! I stayed here twice this year -- it is now my favorite place to stay. I have not been able to try the restaurant -- because it has always been booked -- looking forward to my next visit to check it out. The spa services in the hotel are amazing and totally worth booking ahead of time."

"This is a terrific, versatile, and historical place. I stayed in one of the original buildings, with wood floors and thin walls. The room was looking out over the front of the property and the street beyond. The room was understandably small, seeing the origins, and the price was pleasantly suitable to the size despite the sense of history in it and the areas of the business immediately around it. The food onsite was very good, as was the service on all counts, restaurant or complementary coffee and baked goods in the morning. A word of caution regarding the choice of rooms: the room I was in had rather thin walls and ceiling, so you don't want to be singing in the shower (so to speak, I did not literally do this) unless you want your neighboring guests hearing it. It is a beautiful property on beautiful grounds, and I'll hope to stay again someday."
