"PAY FOR PARKING even though it says parking included. Rooms were dirty with some water damage to ceilings and some dark stains. There were gnats or fruit flies in the rooms. You could hear the flushing from other rooms and the railroad is right next to the hotel so you can hear it pretty clearly. Sheets are thin. Breakfast was okay, no waffles even though there was a sign saying there would be. Gym is two treadmills and six dumbells. Staff was kind and helpful but don't be fooled by photos"

"Clean room, quite close to everything and has shuttle to the airport which is a plus"

"The room was very clean and updated. The property was very well lit and there were cameras all over so I felt secure."

"I reserved and paid for a Standard King room. However, I was given a very small corner room with a small TV that was squeezed in near the window and couldn't be seen from the bed because it was hidden by the closet. There was very little room on either side of the bed because the king bed was too big for the room. The desk clerk said that I had paid for a "Small" Standard King. I have frequented HIE for decades and this was the first time I had even heard of a Small Standard King, and I...

"Its was very good"

"To spend the night with my husband and 2 kids to go to the Convention Center it was ok. I called early to let the front desk know I was coming g after 10pm, they never answered. As soon as I opened the door it smelled mold, bathroom not enough light"

"Excelente"

"The place was clean enough but I have two big complaints. It is very close to an airport and our room had no soundproofing at all, the sliding door did not seal well, so every time an airplane was overhead I felt like I was in a war zone, it was so loud, and it continued to early hours of the morning. Also, free breakfast was advertised, but there was only "grab and go", which was only offered when I asked about it. I got a bag with a muffin, granola bar, apple, and small water...

"Clean and good food"

"We arrived at 1 am so it was great the motel had 24-hour check-in. The room was clean enough for the 6 hour sleep we used it for bi it wasn’t comfortable at all. The beds were on hard boxes, the mattresses saggy, and we although it was literally freezing outside, we wouldn’t get under the blanket because it was cheap old, thin, and extremely itchy. The towels were like sandpaper. The room smelled of weed. The area was sketchy. I didn’t have high expectations from an airport motel but this was...

"I asked for two bed in the room, they gave me one bed and one couch, the bathtub wouldn’t hold the water in the tub. So we had to call the front desk for maintenance to fix the tub. Then who"

"Hotel was very outdated. Television was not a smart TV. Very disappointing. Hotel was not as clean as other Days Hotel in Southington."

"A little bit dirty in areas, including the check in space and parts of the room, but good layout and easy parking."

"Bathroom was gross. Stank like a smokers apartment after thirty years"
