"If only we could have stayed longer! We had booking the glamping unit, but because of water issues Theresa switched us to the Bungalow, which was so cosy. She agreed alternative breakfast arrangements as we had to leave early on checkout. We only had time to meet the chickens and ducks at the doorstep, but we saw the donkey and goats sheltering from the rain! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're making a trip to Volcano NP. "

"The hotel location is really convenient, walk to all the shopping center & eating places but about 10 minutes walk to the beach🤔 The hotel is really nice. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Swimming pool looks very modern and nice but ideally for little kids only because it’s only about 1’2”. There is a jacuzzi about 3 feet and you can sit in a hot tub to enjoy the sun😉 The hotel room is very nice and clean but the only problem we’re my kids got bed bugs bite right on the 1st night to...

"I didn’t know I was choosing a room that wouldn’t have any TV. Place was empty but they wouldn’t upgrade me to any other room without charging me 20 more dollars. I was a little disappointed since I’ve stayed there many times. I don’t know if I’ll go there again. My rate was more expensive than what Expedia had it for closer to the date. I booked my room a month in advance, and I don’t think I’ll do that again."
