"good"

"Khách sạn ngay khu vực trung tâm, nhân viên nhiệt tình"

"Very easy check-in with friendly and patient staff. The room was comfortable and the bed plush, so if you are finding some Chinese beds too hard you will be thankful for a night's sleep here."

"Great location, amazing and extremely helpful staff. We appreciated the complimentary pick-up and drop-off services to and from the train station. The hotel driver was also available for all-day sightseeing pick-up and drop-off, which was great as Luoyang public transportation isn’t as convenient as Xi’an. Everyone had fantastic food recommendations as well."

"Excellent"

"Okay property good value for the price but bed was pretty stiff and uncomfortable. Location is fine. You get what you pay for"

"價錢跟酒店房間不符，不值得住"

"房間清潔，職工態度很親切，園內有擺渡車接載，離清明上河園只是指尺距離。"

"Grest location. The hotel urgently needs a major renovation and maintenance. It has good potential."

"The staff are so attentive. Clean, beautiful building. Not sure I’d want to stay anywhere else."

"넓은 객실, 친절한 직원에 최고의 조찬식사~~ 주변 쇼핑몰에 식당까지 최고의 위치"

"A melhor estadia que já tivemos em um hotel. A qualidade do atendimento e das acomodações impressionam. O carinho no atendimento ficará marcado pra sempre. Se forem para a cidade, não pensem duas vezes em ir neste horel"

"You can't help but notice the extremely helpful staff. Even when it seemed they were swamped with check ins or guest needing their attention, they actively lister to everyone and ensured we were OK. As non Chinese speaking guests, they worked double hard to support us and you could see all the efforts...from translator apps to diagrams. The breakfast was also very good... again with the courteous staff. The rooms were clean and overall the price was very right. We got more value than we...
