"No air con, made to wait at check-in, check-in was supposed to be at 15.00, left standing at reception while he went through the back office, then told the room was not ready, coat rack fell off the wall, which I repaired, the rooms could do with air conditioning rather than a tower fan, beds were not the best"

"Spacious and comfortable room. Within walking distance to the commercial area. We had a great time!"

"I loved the whole experience"

"Staff were super friendly, clean room"

"Chambre correcte. Le seul bémol, pour nous malheureusement, notre chambre n’avait pas vu le Loch"

"This place is not fancy but it is clean, comfortable, convenient, with plenty of amenities and great location. The real attraction of the place is the staff. Can’t say enough about them!"

"Gorgeous property, very comfortable guest rooms, and staff that were oh so kind and helpful. I wish we had stayed longer!"

"Une belle chambre spacieuse."

"The room was excellent for a single person room. The elevator was not working. I was on the 3rd floor but opted to stay even though they offered to switch rooms to the 1st floor the next day. Old hotel with Character..would stay again."

"Pretty basic room, bathrooms have been recently remodelled. Did not use the dining facilities which seemed to be nice. Having a view room would be worth it, otherwise you’re staring at a wall."

"Nikki and Vicki, both front desk fokks, were very helpful when we had a kurfuffle with our transported luggage. Appreciated their help so much! Anne and Nico"

"It was a lovely stay in a cute little place. Friendly people, fantastic scenery."

"Stayed in the beach pod and it was excellent. Had a great view each morning and privacy. The food at the hotel was amazing and overall a peaceful place."

"The hotel is a converted manor house with a number of extensions including a spa building with rooms above. The executive rooms in spa building are modern but dated and look like any 3 star chain hotel. The food in the pub was good as was the breakfast. The staff were helful and it was convenient to have ev charging onsite."

"Very dated. Staff nice and available. For the price point would have expected a higher level of amenities and updated appointments. A bit of a disappointment."
