"Airport van was out of commission so they arranged a Lyft for us which worked great! Everybody there was helpful and friendly"

"Very nice experience! Staff is amazing! Bed was very comfortable. The atrium style hotel is my favorite,, not closed in or claustrophobic And their breakfast buffet was huge, and nice to wake up to. I also made a special request of ground floor room, and they were very accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The rooms have been heavily used. The floor "looks" nice but it is a cheap laminate flooring. The baseboard trim is beat, peeling paint, the granite counter tops are discolored. The cabinets are beat up in the kitchen and bath. The tub had residual from anti-slip strips. The mattress not comfortable at all. I felt all the springs. Should switch to firm foam mattresses.That was the worst of it. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and do have nice amenities. I will stay here again...

"The breakfast was adequate but boring. We were there 3 mornings and it was nearly the same every day. A variation on the eggs, breakfast meats, bagels, and got cereal would have been nice. Also a waffle or pancakes option would be appreciated."

"Hotel was clean. Only thing I didn’t like is they don’t even have a coffee machine near the lobby. Most of the hotels provide free coffee in the morning. Another things hotel provided two very small bottles of water in the room. Otherwise it’s not a bad place to stay. There was no safe lockers in the rooms."

"El staff fue muy diligente y amable. No se si era el gerente pero un caballero de mas o menos 60 a 65 años me trató con el mejor profesionalismo qué se puede recibir de un asociado. El local, el cuarto el lobby y areas del hotel estan muy bien presentadas. Para mi, 6 de 5 estrellas Mu esposa dijo que volvería y eso es mucho decir."
