Onsite onsen, expansive gardens, large rooms, and 5 star service. i can’t say enough about what a great experience this has been for us ( this was our 4th stay here). Kumiko and the entire team at the concierge desk are the best! they always provide the best recommendations and reservations for us. 5 stars all around! "

"The hotel is in the busy Shinjuku area of Tokyo but off the beaten path so the area was quiet and felt very safe. The hotel is huge with a lot of restaurants and amenities. The walk to the Shinjuku Train Station is very nice since the tunnel opens up right at the hotel. The concierge staff were very helpful as well. "

"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."
