"Our suggestion would be to install more hooks/towel bars in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a good stay. This was our second time there."

"Everything was great"

"Frie dly staff"

"My stay at this hotel was horrible. I was with my 2 kids and we were put in a room with blood stains on pillows, the bathtub, only 1 outlet worked, they didn’t have any cups available, they gave us 1 towel that was all ripped up and the hallways smelled like marijuana. The staff was not helpful at all and I really would like my money back from this. I’ve stayed at many hotels and motels and this one is by far the worst experience ever."

"The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable."

"Staff & hotel was great. Clean and well run. We rated it poor because we got room 234, a superior king with a living room & separate bedroom. Should have been the best room in the hotel. Room was right next to the elevator. All night, and I mean all night long, we heard the opening & closing of the elevator doors and mechanics of the elevator. That room is not livable. We tried to move but hotel was oversold."

"All good"

"No hot water in 3rd floor shower.. Coffe machines were inoperable at breakfast. USB ports in room would not work properly. Room was very clean and mattress was very comfortable.. despite no coffee breakfast was adequate. Parking was easy and plentiful. Staff was very friendly."

"Close to Mooseheart"
