"Das Savoy Westend ist toll gelegen auf dem wunderschönen Villen-Hügel oberhalb der Stadt. Durch seien Ansammlung mehrerer Villen ist es ggü. anderen modernen Hotels völlig anders und in Alleinstellung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit und auch das tolle Frühstücksbuffet. Einzig zu kritisieren wäre das Zimmer, das für ein 5-Sterne-Hoteleinfach viel zu klein war."

"Perfectly located for all the sights in Karlovy Vary. There is an excellent pizza place right next door which is a must try! The hotel is beautifully decorated, it feels very luxurious. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. I would have liked a bit more choice but what they serve is tasty. "Schöner Wellness-Bereich für eine kurze Auszeit"

"Wir waren bisher immer im Chateau, mussten diesmal aber ausweichen da im Chateau nichts mehr frei war. Das Zimmer war genauso, es gab eigentlich keinen Unterschied. Der Unterschied war eigentlich nur dass man nicht im Bademantel ins SPA gehen konnte, und eine Jacke brauchte um ins Restaurant und zum Frühstück zu gehen. Ansonsten: Supernettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, sehr viele Parkplätze. Allerdings ist der Eintritt ins SPA nicht inclusive. Dafür ist das Zimmer deutlich günstiger."

"It was a great apartment. Especially the easy check in via code to the apartment was great. The communication via WhatsApp was working great but also felt a bit like communicating with an ai chat bot. Only thing that could be a burden is the elevator which holds only between the floors of the appartements"
