"Hi , I am very upset because I booked a room for Friday the 3rd of September at urban park, but urban park hotel is closed. I can’t understand why Expedia would allow me to book a room at urban park when they are closed. I would like a refund for the room I booked! It is unacceptable and unprofessional of Expedia to do that!"

"Nothing to write home about. 1. I felt the driveway needs some fixing and the parking should be closer to the units, I don’t get why it is closed when that space can be utilized. 2. The shower heads were also not good enough as water flow was not fast enough or had the right pressure. It was spraying all over."
