"This is my 3rd time staying at the property and I have seen how maintenance has degraded and staff happiness is not the same. Still a good place, but not what it use to be."

"Raphy and Angela they did great job making our stay one of a kind. Celebrating our 5 year anniversary they made sure we had everything. Bottle of champagne deliveried to the room. Making sure we were signed up to all the events and having reservations for dinner, Raphy was on top of it. When it came to entertainment Mr. Fish and Coffee were on top of everything, never a dull moment with them. This resort gives more of a chill zen vibe, with yoga everything morning. If you want to party they do...

"Bring multiple bottles of bug spray, the mosquitoes are on steroids. My poor wife has to have over 100 bites on each one of her legs. She can’t sleep at night bc she is so itchy, I wish somebody would’ve told me before we went here how bad the mosquitoes are, the other part I did not like is the beach was closed the entire nine days we were here. we went on an excursion and from talking to other people their beaches were open. I don’t understand why ours was closed. You fly all this way to come...

"The AC did not get very cold. There were also very few places that had AC to find relief from the heat. The Buffet is all outside and it was sweltering. Even with the fan on, we were sweating at night with the blankets. The pool was disgusting, floating plastic cups, lots of dead bugs, and random trash. The food wasn't 5 star level at all. The room service was inedible. The paella was really good and some of the restaurants had some good options. I found myself not eating many things, because...
