"Bathroom was poor with outdated bath and shower which was dangerous to use.
The group booking for 9 people did not seem to exist. Very poor internal communication.
The bedroom doors were not soft close and banged all night as people went to their rooms.
We were refused entry to the dining area at 7.00 pm as we hadn't booked never having being informed of such a procedure at reception.
Finally two days before we were due to arrive we were informed that our booking made on Jan 23rd nearly 2...
