"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "

"The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was out of place for the area to me because the hotel is really nice, but the surrounding area was not what I expect. The surrounding area is the only reason why I would not choose this hotel again."

"Room was a little dated however clean and tidy Bed was comfortable slept well peaceful nice view out of window 8th floor! Facilities great a safe tv fridge hairdryer iron kettle tea and coffee what more do you actually need? We enjoyed our experience didn't use bar or restaurant so cant comment. We did travel by train (just 10-15min walk to hotel down high st)but found out they have free parking which is very unusual for the london area so may consider a return with vehicle."

"Wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer Appartement. Es war sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Zustand ist nicht mehr so neu wie auf den Fotos, aber immer noch völlig in Ordnung. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt, man kann sich prima selbst versorgen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Mit Bus und Underground ist man innerhalb von 45 Minuten am Picadilly Circus. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Die etwas längere Anfahrt in die Innenstadt haben wir dafür,...

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."

"Lovely staff Nice pub great for locality to Wembley. Unfortunately room was dirty scruffy dated And for £200 no breakfast only a coffee machine at top of the staircase. We have stayed at Wembley Hilton for less!! Try the pub its nice and the food is good..such a shame they dont spend some money on the rooms.."

"We were greeted immediately as we entered the hotel. Staff were all friendly and very willing to help in any way. The room was very clean. Great shower, although there is a gap between shower screens which made the floor wet but solved when angled the shower away from the screen. Nice choice of Dove hand wash, shower gel and shampoo. "Nobody there, hotel locked up, note in window saying closed for emergency repairs. No answer on phone. No online notification. Just arrived from Vancouver, had to walk 30 mins dragging suitcases to find other accommodation. Neither Hotel 55 or Expedia giving refund. Extremely poor."
