"I got it for the pool and once again- Expedia didnt mention that it was extra and part of a spa package that we didnt have time to use. It looked amazing and they had a surfing pool- super awesome to watch. Restaurant was good. Personne ne dit « Bonjour » à la réception en attendant de s’occuper de vous.
La chambre « premium » n’étais pas chauffée à notre arrivée. De plus ça sentait les cuisines dans la chambre et ça sentait les canalisations dans la salle de douche. Dans la douche, il n’y a pas de porte savon, il faut tout mettre par terre.
Il n’y avait pas de menu room service dans la chambre, il a fallu le demander à la réception. Quelques plats étaient proposés mais pas de...

"Room was very clean and spacious, hotel staff very helpful. If you are staying in the annexes, be aware that there is no elevator, and in our case, we had to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage (and no assistance). Also, there is no shower, just a tub with a handheld sprayer."
