Staff are OK, however, likely underpaid and under appreciated. Opening the windows to air the room between guests, or at least once a week might help."

I did have a little trek from the tram stop to the hotel, I came from the main train station & took the tram. It is a very safe location too, my friend from the area confirmed for me. "location was very convenient for both a bus ride into the center as well as from the airport. the shuttle service was excellent, timely, and seamless. beds were comfortable and really just the perfect small space for a washup and sleep if you have an overly long layover. no bells or whistles just the basics but really just what you need."
