"The room was clean although it seemed bigger in picture. The staff were helpful to an extent. I had ordered room service to bring towels up and nothing was brought, I then went to go to reception to request it again. For the standard and price of the hotel , a smart TV should be available. Having access to only Dutch channels wasn’t helpful at all. Previous Leonardo hotels I’ve stayed in, smart TV’s have always been available in the rooms. So to be told that there aren’t any at all in the hotel...

"I have traveled extensively the last 30 years and have never been treated better by the hotel staff. Two people at the front desk on each of the three shifts which our stay encompassed, and all of them were professional, personal, and visibly. Excited and happy to greet us and assist us in our many questions. Simply an amazing staff, the hotel was clean and the price was considerably better than most."

"The staff were very helpful especially that we had a baby with us. Omar and another male reception person at the Residence Inn were particularly helpful. The suite was reasonably of good size. We had a couple room and quad suites. The ambience was also pleasant and has some elegance to it. Buffet breakfast includes a lot of good choices."

Alles Frisch und für wirklich jeden Geschmack das richtige dabei. Die Zimmer waren sauber und Modern eingerichtet. Parkgebühren waren mit 25 Euro pro Tag relativ hoch, wenn man aber gefühlt bei jedem 3 Auto ein Lenkradschloss sieht, zahlt man es gerne."

"The hotel was very disappointing and does not match the photos shown on expedia. The property is old, worn out, and poorly maintained. There was no proper heating in the room. The only option was an air conditioner, which could only be set up to 22°C and automatically turned off during the night. Cold air was coming from the window, and the room was freezing. The towels were not changed during the stay. We asked at the reception in the evening, but were told there were no extra towels...

"2x mussten wir unsere Karten an der Rezeption erneuern lassen, weil sie unsere Tür nicht mehr geöffnet haben - und das bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen. Für diese 4 Tage mussten wir 150€ Parkgebühr zahlen und die Touristensteuer (56€). Der kurze Städtetrip entwickelte sich zu einem kostenspieligen Ereignis und das, obwohl das Hotel nicht so besonders ist. Vermutlich waren die Übernachtungen am Wochenende so teuer, weil Harry Styles in der Arena Konzerte gehalten hat, zu denen wir nicht mal...
