"This is a great hotel to stay in when visiting Newport. Great location and service from all staff. The room was ready and cleaned daily. A shuttle takes hotel guests to and from hotel to Thames street where all shops and eateries are. We enjoyed our time here and will visit again next time."

"I booked a room at The Cleveland House for an overnight stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. Rick and Mel were welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Our room was nice and clean.
