"The penthouse had been renovated and had a great view of Niagara Falls. The room was pretty small and the bathroom was tiny. The room was air conditioned and clean. Parking was off site so they had a shuttle to take you to your car. I found the food and coffee at Ihop in the hotel was not very good compared to Ihop restaurants outside."

"The shower was extremely small. I am only 5 ft but my husband is 6ft and it was difficult for him to move around. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket or comforter was really thin."

"The rooms are a bit dated and we were put on a lower floor which made it hard to have a full view of the falls. Breakfast food was good, but we waited for a long time to be seated even when we saw empty tables in the restaurant."

"The staff are okay but we were told most supplies were not complimentary. Like we just ask for a pair of slippers. We paid to get the premium view suite that can see both falls, but the view is still partially blocked. The room size is amazing, very spacious. The elevator is a nightmare. We often needed to wait 5+ mins for an elevator ride …"

"The hotel has many external amenities close by. The property looks dated. The waterpark is small. Rooms were generally quite large and good for a family. Very limited on site meal options. Water park and banquet halls snack locations appeared to close prior to advertised. The BP had a sign stating dine in or take out til 11pm. I read that as ability to order food up til 11. Kitchen closed at 10:30 and bar 10:45. Check out was slow. 11:00 am check out for everyone means long line. ...

"This hotel was always a bargain stay but underrated. But staying there mid May 2026 the standards have completely gone. Most if the staff have attitude. Our Tv wasn’t working and they said that all they have? Asked for some extra pillows and they said they are short. It was a cold weekday in may the area was quiet. The room was dirty and conditions bad. Would have spent the extra $40 per night at Vittoria hotel just steps away. Used yo be our go to deal but never staying here again. "
