"The resort is a thoroughfare for Mua Caves access and although the grounds are kept beautifully, the attention to detail does not carry forward into to the rooms. This place is great if you are wanting early access to mua cave before it becomes crowded. It also has great spaces for photos and looks very pretty with all the lanterns at night. "We booked this hotel a number of times as we really like it. The front desk, bar and breakfast staff did a great job to accommodate and learn about celiac disease medical food restrictions. The new rooms by the pool are spotless and lovely. Great walkable location. "

"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems. Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available. Restaurant - breakfast: small selection but tasty. Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty. Front of house team all very helpful and friendly. They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip. Would definitely stay there again."
