"Clean rooms and shared baths, which were always available. Staff was friendly and location couldn’t have been better."

" Exceptional staff and flawless service. You don’t feel the staff are there but they will show up immediately when you need them. It’s the art of hospitality. I haven’t experienced this kind of service for a long time, could be a couple decades, and I am a world traveller often stay at 5 stars hotel. Someone needs to give their management team an award. "

"The self parking was a little confusing but totally not on the hotel!! Next time I’d for sure go with valet. Because the hotel owns a night club you could hear the music from it but it personally wasn’t that bad. The room was clean and very cute! The night manager who checked us in was very friendly "

"This is the only hotel we stay out every time we come to Boston . It’s a luxurious hotel from the staff to the ambience to the cozy little dorm like rooms with the most beautiful views from your bed . Breakfast is a must -so yummy !! Everyone there is extremely nice and I couldn’t imagine staying anyplace than here . "

"The Westin was located at convenient Seaport area. It was super comfortable, the staff was friendly and caring, self parking available for a fee. Family and pet friendly!! Excellent stay! Looking forward to my next visit to Boston and stay here again. Totally worth it. "

"This was our second trip to Omni Parker House and it still exceeded our expectations. We were immediately greeted and well treated from the get go. The location alone right near Boston common while keeping north end and Newbury street walkable was fantastic. The room was very nice and spacious, but if there was one downside it would be the sink size which is tucked between the shower and toilet. Everything else was immaculate and a great experience. We’ll probably return for a third visit...
