"The venue was okay, and the staff were great — friendly and tried their best to be accommodating. However, some policies were not clearly communicated at the time of booking, which caused unnecessary frustration at check-in. For instance, we were not informed about restrictions on bringing alcohol into the rooms or the number of guests allowed per room. "Sparkling waters hotel is under renovations. We had a very bad stay as there are builders and sand everywhere. The main hotel is under construction. The dining room is a conference hall.This hotel should not be open to the public now."
